Lgnd Brand — Terms of Service
I. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We take great care to protect your personal information and will never share it with third parties outside of Lgnd Brand. We do not store or have access to your full credit card number — only the last four digits for verification purposes. All payments are securely processed through our merchant partner, Shopify, in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
II. Order Processing
A. General
Thank you for shopping with Lgnd Brand.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on the season. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.
For your security, orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be placed on hold for verification. To avoid delays, please ensure your billing and shipping information match.
All transactions are securely processed through Shopify.
B. Backorders
In the rare case that an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will notify you within 48 hours. You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked or receive a full refund.
C. Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
D. Pre-Sale Items
Items listed as “Pre-Sale” will ship on or around the release date stated in the product description. Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch during peak demand.
III. Shipping
A. General
Lgnd Brand ships within the USA only. All orders include a tracking number provided via email once your order ships. Tracking updates are typically available within one (1) business day after shipment.
Certain international destinations may not qualify for our flat-rate DHL service ($35 USD). In such cases, your order will be shipped via USPS and delivered through your local postal service.
B. Shipping Partners
We ship with USPS and UPS.
C. Duties & Taxes
All international orders are subject to the import duties and taxes of the destination country.
Lgnd Brand is not responsible for these additional costs or for packages returned due to unpaid customs fees. Refunds will not be issued for such cases.
IV. Returns & Exchanges
A. Returns
To request a return, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
If your item is defective or damaged, please include a clear photo of the defect with your request.
Lgnd Brand reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
B. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for unworn items within 7 days of purchase.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
C. Return Process

V. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been packed or shipped. We’ll do our best to accommodate any requests before fulfillment begins.

VI. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and your bank may require additional time to post the funds.
VII. Lost or Missing Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, including apartment, suite, or floor numbers.
Lgnd Brand is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered due to inaccurate address details provided at checkout.
If your tracking number shows a package as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors or local delivery services. Unfortunately, once marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot assume responsibility for lost packages.

B. Country of Manufacture
All products are designed and sampled in Dallas, with production taking place in China and Pakistan through reputable, law-abiding facilities that uphold ethical labor standards.

C. Garment Care
Please refer to the care label on your garment for accurate washing and maintenance instructions to preserve fabric quality.
